And then, we ordered the buffalo shrimp po'boy, and others ordered the prime dip sandwich. When the meal was done, we said - "Now, I know why he came here! Everything is fantastic! Since then, I visit this spot every single time I come back to Craig, CO for business. The food always arrives quickly, hot and fresh. The quality of the meat is also outstanding. But J.W. Snack’s, Gulf Coast Bar & Grill also offers seafood dishes as well as top-notch burgers. Their entrees are equally celebrated, especially the ‘Snack’s Burger,’ (my personal favorite); a mouthwatering creation topped with melted cheese, crispy bacon, and all the classic fixings. Each bite delivers a satisfying blend of savory and smoky goodness that burger aficionados can’t get enough of.

Aside from the food, the bar at J.W. Snack’s deserves special recognition. Offering an impressive selection of craft beers, cocktails, and spirits, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a long day. In fact, before writing this blog posting, I came here again for lunch while passing thru town. I even ahead to see if my dogs could join me on the patio and they said "yes, they can. If we're not busy when you get here, sure." So, I enjoyed a leisurely lunch of pork and brisket. And, once again, delicious. The hush puppies were fantastic, our server was great and I left feeling fantastic and satisfied with my two fur babies.
